Release and Indemnity:
a. I understand that when a package is delivered to the unit and placed in the self-serve parcel machine, it will be accessible to all residents of the unit, and The Gloucester On Yonge / TSCC 2941 does not have the ability to restrict access to specific individuals.

b. I agree that it is my responsibility to communicate with my roommates or anyone who lives in my unit regarding the collection of packages from the self-serve parcel machine. I understand that The Gloucester On Yonge / TSCC 2941 and its staff will not be held responsible for any disputes or issues arising from the collection of packages by roommates or other individuals residing in my unit.

c. I acknowledge that The Gloucester On Yonge / TSCC 2941 and its staff will not be held responsible for any missing, damaged, or stolen packages, regardless of whether they were placed in the self-serve parcel machine or delivered directly to the unit.

d. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Gloucester On Yonge / TSCC 2941 from any claims or demands made by any third party arising out of my use of the self-serve parcel machine and parcel acceptance rules.


Compliance with Rules and Regulations:
a. I agree to comply with all rules and regulations set forth by The Gloucester On Yonge / TSCC 2941 regarding the use of the self-serve parcel machine and parcel acceptance rules.

b. I understand that any violation of these rules and regulations may result in the suspension or revocation of my access to the self-serve parcel machine. Severability: If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. I have read and understood the terms and conditions of this parcel waiver form and voluntarily agree to be bound by them.

I hereby acknowledge and agree that I will, in using the dwelling unit, parking unit and/or
storage unit rented by me and the common elements, comply with the Condominium Act,
the declaration, the by-laws and the rules of the Condominium during the term of my
tenancy. I hereby acknowledge that I will be subject to the same duties imposed by the
Act, the declaration, the bylaws and the rules as if I was a unit owner, except for the
payment of common expenses (unless otherwise directed by the Condominium as a
result of a default in the payment of common expenses by the unit owner). In addition, I
will ensure that my family, guests, visitors, agents, permitted sub-tenants and invitees
shall also comply with the Act, the declaration, the by-laws and the rules of the
Condominium.

I (tenant filling out this form) residing at Suite aboce, hereby acknowledge and agree
to the following terms and conditions regarding the use of the self-serve parcel machine and parcel
acceptance rules provided by The Gloucester On Yonge / TSCC 2941.
Acceptance of Responsibility:
a. I understand that the self-serve parcel machine is provided solely for the convenience of residents and
does not imply any responsibility on the part of The Gloucester On Yonge / TSCC 2941 for the delivery,
storage, or security of parcels.
b. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to retrieve my parcels promptly (24 hrs) from the self-serve
parcel machine after receiving a notification of their arrival.
Parcel Acceptance Rules:
a. Parcels will be placed in the self-serve parcel storage locker room located in the Parking Level 1 area.
b. Parcels that do not meet the specific criteria for the self-serve parcel room storage will be delivered
directly to the unit.
c. Packages accepted on behalf of residents must be picked up within 24 hours of receipt. If a package is
not picked up within this time frame, security will send it back to the sender or discard it. No exceptions
will be made to this rule due to space restrictions in the parcel room.
d. Parcels will only be accepted for registered residents.
e. Oversized packages that cannot fit into the parcel locker will be delivered directly to the unit. If the
parcel is left at the door, it must be picked up on the same day. Parcels left unattended for more than 12
hours will be removed. The Condo Corp will not be responsible for missing packages.
f. Perishable products such as groceries, flowers, and food deliveries will not be accepted by the
Concierge Desk and cannot be stored in the parcel lockers. These items must be delivered directly to the
unit.
